[...] Late letters from Lower California, acording to the Heraldo, announces the discovery of new and very rich silver and gold mines, the produce of som of which had already reached La Paz. One very rich gold mine had been discovered in Malancita Rica. The inhabitants were highly elated, and were exploring and digging with great enthusiasm and success.
